S: I learned that he helped change the laws. He changed the bus law that said that black people had to sit on the back and white people had to sit on the front. We are learning about how we can take care of our Earth's natural resources. So we are teaching to kids to Reuse, Reduce and Recycle. After talking, sharing and discussing how we can reduce the way we waste natural resources, Jayla raises her hand.

Last year we went to Brooklyn Botanic Garden to see the Cherry Blossoms, so we thought it would be fun to take the kids again this year. Due to the brutal winter, they still haven't bloomed. We were disappointed, but we had fun walking around the park.
