| The Scuttlebutt from Saltie has to be one of the best sandwiches that I've ever eaten. |

Dinner at Danji! Probably one of the best Korean restaurants in the city.

Weekend in NY (12/9/11)
Santa's have invaded NY.
We decided to eat at Sakagura, which was where we were supposed to eat last weekend when my uncle came to visit. Wow, the entire meal was umami heaven. When I was a kid and we learned about 'taste buds', I always knew there was another taste. I always called it the 'meat tastebud'. The Japanese claim to have discovered it, but I in fact discovered it in second grade!
On Sunday, we went to Nan Xiang Soup Dumpling House in Flushing, queens. Soup dumplings have to be one of my most favorite things to eat.
Weekend in NYC- (12/01/11)
We had the most amazing dinner at Soba Tato. It was a soba and yakitori bar by Grand Central Station. We had plans to go to another restaurant, but we had to change plans when my uncle decided to join us for dinner. I'm glad he joined us, otherwise I wouldn't have enjoyed such a delicious dinner.
On Saturday, we had an engagement party at, Macando, which is a tapas restaurant in the East Village. The food was good, but its hard to figure out how much food to order off a tapas menu so that everyone gets a taste.

What a crazy weekend. We finally had another wine tasting night. We tasted Sonoma/ Napa Valley Cabernet's. I am very partial to California Cabs, so I really enjoyed this wine tasting.
Saturday we woke up and decided to finally build the closet for the office. The office is finally started to look organized.
Since the ING Marathon goes through Greenpoint, we decided to spend the day in our neighborhood.
Our friend Chris was making Hard Cider, so we baked a flan and went over to help (mostly to drink and eat).

Weekend in NY - 10/21/11
We had a very relaxing weekend. On Friday night, we had friends over for the most delicious dinner. We had dry aged steak, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. (I didn't take a picture--fail)

We found pan cubano at Western Beef.
It's almost right, but I can't figure out why it's not perfect.
It was close enough, so we made Cuban Sandwiches for lunch.
